He specialises in complex procurement, commercial strategy, and innovative funding solutions, helping clients navigate large-scale decisions and transformation. Arnaud brings global best practices to local projects, supporting executives through complex challenges and high-stakes investments.

​Susana Fueyo is a senior infrastructure executive with extensive experience leading complex, capital-intensive infrastructure programs in heavily regulated environments across the public and private sectors in New Zealand and Australia. Most recently Chief Infrastructure Officer at Auckland Airport, she brings deep expertise in strategy-to-delivery execution, major capital investment programs, and operational asset management.

Carolyn offers expert advice and comprehensive support across a wide spectrum of services. From meticulously preparing road maintenance contracts to leading asset management improvement projects, she is dedicated to enhancing asset management outcomes and delivering outstanding results.

Stuart Trounson is a Senior Asset Manager with 20 years of experience in asset management. He specialises in both technical systems, including the RAMM / AWM road management system, and practical asset management such as forward works and maintenance programme development. Stuart has delivered projects for clients including local councils, NZ Transport Agency, KiwiRail, and the Department of Conservation. Stuart is the leading developer of RAMM / AWM add-on products which focus on process automation and creating new functionality to improve clients asset outcomes.

Andrew Lane is an Asset Management Consultant specialising in physical asset management and maintenance optimisation. With extensive cross-sector experience, he excels at driving change, developing high-performing teams, and streamlining processes. Andrew holds a Master of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London and is a professional member of the Institute of Asset Management. His career includes consultancy roles at Hexagon ALI and Infor, supporting system implementation and continuous improvement to maximise asset value.

Cushla is an experienced asset management professional with a strong background in local government. She brings comprehensive expertise and knowledge of roading asset management, financial coordination and delivering audit-ready data that supports confident operational and strategic decisions.

Lee has extensive experience in enterprise asset management, with a strong background in Asset & Work Manager (AWM) implementations, business process improvement, data migration, stakeholder engagement, project management and project delivery. He is passionate about helping organisations improve their asset management practices.

​Dan is a chartered transportation engineer with 27 years in the transport sector, specialising in public transport infrastructure, intelligent transport systems and wayfinding. He has delivered a $3.5M passenger information display renewal across Auckland's rail, bus and ferry network and $1.9M of bilingual wayfinding on 13 urban cycleways, and is as focused on the asset records afterwards as on the delivery itself.
